About ToolBenchCalc

ToolBenchCalc is a small collection of free calculators for everyday home projects. The idea is simple: before you buy paint, tile, fencing, or firewood, you should know roughly how much you need — and you shouldn't have to sign up, download anything, or dig through a long article to find out.

What you'll find here

Each calculator is built around a standard, widely used formula. The paint calculator works from wall area, openings, and coats. The tile calculator adds a waste allowance to floor area. The fence calculator counts posts, rails, and pickets from length and spacing. The firewood calculator converts stack dimensions into cords.
